Where a permit is required, we handle the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department paperwork and schedule the framing inspections. You'll know before we start which inspections apply to your project.

Often, yes. Cold itself isn't a problem for framing; snow on the deck and short days are. We plan around the forecast, protect the deck, and prioritize getting the roof on and the structure dried in.
